TGI Friday`s in Orlando

Service and food was not good. I don't know why I bother going. I mean if it was 15 years ago, yes. But Shame on me for wishful thinking. This particular location is horrible. Corporate needs to step in and figure it out cause it shouldn't be consistently bad.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Never a let down, always a fun time with my family.

I can't stop coming back to TGI Fridays!! Came here for my first time a few weeks ago with my husband and son and everything was outstanding so we came back this week. The service was good no complaints, the food was delicious, and the price was also good. I strongly advise that you sign up for TGI Fridays rewards. I earned double points on my first visit and for my returning visit, I received the Jack Daniels full rack of rib with two sides for free! You can't beat free! Now next time when we go, we have a chicken or seafood entree free reward to use and I am looking forward to it!!

Haven't been here in awaiI. But iremember the food being much better.My chicken had no taste to it.

Love this place. Great menu, always busy with amazing service and smiles! I come here with my family for dinner or by myself for Sunday football. Always a good atmosphere.

I would suggest you dine in because food is fresh and prepared then. Don’t do Uber eats or Door dash because food tastes like it was prepared last night or the day before. I have ordered here like 5+ times on both apps hoping it will be different but it’s the same. The plus side is if you dine in the food is just 5/5 desserts are also perfect. Friendly staff to and open til late.

I had the flat iron. Came out hot, and was very enjoyable!

With Covid-19 and take out being only option and I’m having to door dash, ridiculous the order can’t be right. No dine in so it’s not like you’re swamped- By the time you add tip, tax, delivery fee you’ve paid $30 for a burger and fries and you get burger and broccoli! Frustrating!

Great service! Came here last minute after struggling to find a place with low wait times. We were seated quickly and food came out fast and hot! Megan was a great server, would definitely recommend this place 😊

Hi, 2 stars only because Uber eats lists them as open at 12:30am, so I figured it’s only 1.2 miles away so I drove there. Googled it just to make sure and on google and TGI Friday’s site, it says they close at 2am. I arrived at 12:45 and got turned away. They said that only drinks are being served! Not good. Thanks for nuthin.

So I’ve been going here lately to try their new $5 burger meals which are great. I had a couple of incidents where things didn’t go exactly right with my order. I called and spoke to a manager by the name of Andrea and explain my situation to her. She patiently listen and took the initiative to help me with the problem to make it right. She was very professional and appreciate her understanding me. Because of her and her professionalism I will continue to go to TGIF. Her Superiors should take notice as she represented the company very well. Thank you again Andrea.

The service was great couldn't have been better, the food wasn't very good. Chicken didn't have good flavor cole slaw was a little dry the Brock was only good thing.

The food is pretty okay, nothing incredible but the flavors are there. The portion sizes are good. They cooked my meat just how I asked. The staff was friendly and helpful and prompt. For the price, youre getting a pretty good deal. I saw they had a bar area as well, so this would be good for solo, couple, or family trips.

i was dining with my bf at this location some time late last year and ordered the mac and cheese burger but could only eat half of it so i saved the other half to eat for later at work.. to my disappointment, i found something that's not supposed to be in a burger which looks like a bristle that had fallen off a metal grill cleaning brush.. i haven't been back to this location or to any TGIF since then.. this could have lead to a dangerous situation if i didn't notice it sticking out of the burger

Server was very overworked and he let it shows to us. Food was late and incorrect 3 times. I did not want to go here but others in the party "love" it. After this however they said will never return.

Everything was trash. Loaded potato skins, fries and sizzling chicken & shrimp. Burger was the only thing decent. Oh and they gave us our dinner sideways.

The service from Carlos was great and I was very happy with my entree but as for my boneless wings both of the times I ordered them they weren't fresh. They were cold, the season fries as well and my broccoli.

Just a very poor experience. They weren't even busy yet it still took 45 minutes for food to come and it was burnt. I asked for a manager and that took 20 minutes to happen. I had to call them on the phone to finally get a manager. We will not be back, Friday's has really gone down hill.

Came in today front desk did not check temps and the people sat in booths on our side but they did not skip a booth we all sat close but there was a high partition so maybe that was enough. Chicken wings were very good. My steak was over done asked for medium well and it was more then well. But it was still good veggies cooked well. Our server was very good and enjoyable

Are you in for a nice rack of ribs? Ask for their apple bbq sauce and have a great meal.Our waitress Jesika was really nice and had veery good info on the menu.The slushy lemonades are very good, I recommend the strawberry flavor.Bring your mask you will need it to come in and basically until they get you your food.

My boyfriend and I stopped in with our baby hoping to get something good to eat. We had to find a table that would fit the car seat but that table was dirty, no big deal though since they could just wipe it down. The waitress came over and said rudely “Oh you need to give us time to clean it.” We said sure no problem! Then she came back and before even telling us she was going to wipe it she started spraying the table from a distance which sprayed in my 6 month olds face! I was and still am furious that she did not have any common sense to be mindful of a baby. We immediately walked out due to the disrespect and will never go to this location again!

My friends and I came in and was waiting for at least 20 minutes to be seated. The servers made eye contact with us more than enough time to understand that we were in need of service but yet they failed to acknowledge us. This is a terrible establishment and no one should ever have to feel as if they’re being ignored when they come out of their way to spend THEIR money. Please improve on this service.

Don't know how this place is still open, what with how apparently no one goes in anymore and the consistently bad reviews. Me and my best friend went in here a few months back and I can still remember the experience. I'm seriously not one to make trouble, start a confrontation, or even leave a bad review, but this is one of very few restaurants I refuse to give a second chance. It's just plain bad. The food, the service, the environment...all bad. Me and my friend swore to never go there again, and guess what? We haven't. TGI Friday's corporate has to do something about this location, I bet theyre losing out on this one.

Went to Waterford location Tuesday 2pm bartender was also our waitress had peach sangria was delicious food was awesome best peach sangria ever had I had them at several locations good service loved our visit we Will be back

Food was a bit warm...not very hot.

I have not been to TGIF in ages. The family wanted something different. We won’t be back. Not sure if it’s company issue or just this location. Nobody in there at dinner time on Saturday night should have been warning sign. Kids pasta inedible. Chicken ranch sandwich burnt. Food seemed to take forever. Maybe they were busy burning chicken. One couple at bar. I guess we were last to know. Now we know.

The long island iced tea was awful! It was way too tart and had no appreciable alcohol flavor. I sent it back and requested an old fashioned instead but was told it couldn't be made because they were out of cherries...soooo...I ended up with a Jack and Coke as my 3ed choice which was fine.

TGI Friday’s has always been one of my go-to spots for a quick meal. I’m super addicted to their breadsticks and butter. I usually enjoy the jack daniel whisky burger, which is always very flavorful and juicy. The strawberry Henny is also very good, did not expect Friday’s to have a good cocktail like that. Customer service at this particular location can be improved though, I feel like they don’t respect young college looking guests.

Service was good. Ordered the shrimp and lobster pasta... delish! My husband ordered the Whiskey burger...just as he remembered from the Jack Daniel's version.

My food was delicious and happy hour long islands are only $2 !! The waiter Destin was really nice. Only problem was my mom's chicken was very dry and tough to eat and her broccoli was raw and uncooked; but the waiter offered to replace or have a manager come out. I'd definitely go back again.

Cierra was our server and bar tender and she was so amazing. Service was speedy and the food was delicious!!! Very friendly service and we’ll definitely be coming back here and requesting Cierra again :)

Whiskey chicken was fatty and warm not hot. My grandson fries were cold and tasted old. Food quality just wasn't like it used to be. Very disappointed!

Restaurant was very clean, food was amazing and service was great. The employees all were wearing masks and practicing social distancing which made us feel very safe. First time at this location and would recommend stopping by if you are in town.

Had my finicky little grandbuddy with me, and they went out of thier way to suit his little tastebuds.

Menu pricing is incorrect. Most prices were misprints. Should be told when seated.

Waiter was very friendly and service was fast and the food was great but I really would like to see a more updated interior as well as new menus they were ripped and looked like they were well used. Don't get me wrong great food great people but the ambience of this establishment needs to be cleaned up around the edges.

Don't know how long it will last. With 50% limitation and masks for entry, got a table without a wait. Service was great. Food was perfect; exactly as described. Had flatiron steak and it was yummy and cooked as ordered. Felt safe and everything was clean, not that it wasn't before.
